About

Welcome. Therapy is a place to identify and build on current strengths, learn problem-solving strategies, develop coping skills, communicate more effectively, and receive honest support. My goal is to offer a calm, collaborative space for insight, healing, and personal growth.

Though my foundation is cognitive behavioral and trauma-informed, each client is unique. I take an integrative approach shaped by your goals, history, and what feels workable week to week — including major life transitions for you and your family.

I also offer secure video sessions for clients across Texas. Feel free to call or email with questions so we can see whether we are a good fit. I look forward to working with you.
